Tell us, how has mentumm accelerator helped you as an entrepreneur?
As a small business owner, you’re often on an island when it comes to making decisions and moving your business forward. mentumm accelerator has provided me with a personal board of directors that helps me weigh each and every important decision and brings alternative viewpoints to the table that I might not otherwise have considered.
What motivates you to do what you do?
The Strunk Insurance Group is a family business. My father started our agency almost 40 years ago. Our name is on the front door and I take immense pride in providing products and services to our clients that we can stand behind and be proud of.
What would you tell your younger, entrepreneurial self?
Work harder! Work smarter! Surround yourself with a TEAM of people that you like and trust. I wake up every day loving what I do and feel fortunate I get to work and collaborate with those around me.
If you had an extra hour each day of uninterrupted work time, how would you spend it?
I would 100% focus on the things that move my business forward. I would put the day-to-day whirlwind aside and make sure I was working ON the business.
