Tell us, how has mentumm accelerator helped you as an entrepreneur?
I get to know a lot of different people from a variety of verticals and learn about their businesses and industries. As leaders, we all face similar challenges, and working through them as a group always gives me a new lens on my own company and challenges. I find this to be an invaluable perspective.
What motivates you to do what you do?
I am passionate about helping business leaders succeed. I love solving tough problems (like messaging, target personas, go-to-market and growth strategies) and mentoring teams to success.
What would you tell your younger, entrepreneurial self?
You will never learn everything and know all of the answers. Just go for it and the learning and problem solving will happen faster and easier. You will never stop learning. Just believe in the end goal and the answers will come.
If you had an extra hour each day of uninterrupted work time, how would you spend it?
Writing new blog posts! I actually learn a lot while I write and read. It’s the active analysis and thinking process, and the research that I do as I write that feeds the learning.
What would you attribute most to your business’s success?
Listening. Collaborating. Commitment to the team. Relentless about strategic positioning, value propositions, and clear, straightforward communication on behalf of myself, my business, my service, and my team.
