Our Story
When mentumm accelerator Co-Founders Joe Buzzello and Tom Healy first met on a golf course, they quickly realized they were both trying to solve the same problem. They wanted to modernize the way high performers grow, both personally and professionally. They took their 60 years of entrepreneurial experience and combined forces to build a platform for high performers to get better faster… and with that, mentumm accelerator was born!

Our Method
We provide a community for high performers to stop solving every problem alone. They get their own dedicated mentor who will work with them one-on-one to improve rapidly. They collaborate with like-minded peers in a monthly mastermind, where they can tap into the collective wisdom of a group. Members also hear from experts each week that will help them grow, both personally and professionally. And finally, mentumm accelerator members are part of a national community of peers where they can ask for feedback, share best practices and network.
Our Impact
