Jessica Eskew
Jessica Eskew was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Pepperdine University. She began her Insurance industry career with Aflac in 2010 when she fell in love with their values and philosophies, realizing she could make an impact in the lives of others. She quickly moved into a sales management position and In 2014, she was promoted to State Training Coordinator, where she implemented sales training programs and winning practices. In 2017 she accepted the position as Market Director for the state of Kansas. Jessica grew that team to over $17,000,000 in production, instilling a winning culture and a spirit of belief. In 2019, she was promoted to the Market Director position on the state of Arizona.
