Tom Healy has started three successful companies and the scope of his work includes publishing two books, delivering over 1,000 keynote talks and workshops on leadership, consulting companies on their talent management issues, conducting strategic planning sessions and developing customized online education for organizations. Through his consulting work, Tom has helped a wide range of organizations, including national non-profits, the United States Navy, the Harvard Medical School and Fortune 500 companies develop better talent management strategies, oftentimes redeveloping their social media strategy to attract top talent. As Co-Founder + CEO of LaunchPoint, Tom continues to lead an effort that has positively impacted over 100,000 college students through online learning.
